Winter Soldier PFC

Backstory:

Perfluorocarbon is real. I came across an article about it one day around the same time I was reading about different Cold War programs created to try and manipulate the human mind/body. So, my mind immediately went to how they could have used this as a means of torture back then.

I thought using Dr. Faustus to manipulate Bucky's memories would be an intriguing way to combine some of the comic scenes that interested me with the MCU- all while really digging into Bucky's psyche.

* Obviously I don't own the characters, universe, or anything else related to Marvel.
